Traditional HVAC Systems

COMPLETE
HOME
COMFORT

We specialize in full traditional HVAC system replacements — gas furnaces, air conditioners, air handlers, heat pumps, and dual fuel systems. Our preference for side discharge air conditioners and heat pumps means better efficiency, quieter operation, and serious humidity control. Removing humidity and saving money at the same time is twice the win.

HUMIDITY CONTROL ADVANTAGE
Side discharge units remove more humidity from the air than standard top-discharge models — keeping your home comfortable and protecting it from moisture damage.
💰
TWICE THE WIN
When you remove humidity efficiently, your system doesn't have to work as hard. That means lower energy bills and a longer equipment lifespan — a double win every month.

GAS FURNACES &
AIR CONDITIONERS
The proven combination — reliable gas heat with efficient cooling
Gas Heat
HIGH-EFFICIENCY GAS FURNACE
Modern high-efficiency gas furnaces deliver reliable, powerful heat through your existing ductwork. Up to 98% AFUE efficiency means less gas wasted and more money in your pocket every winter.
Up to 98% AFUE efficiency
Variable speed blower motor
Two-stage heating available
Compatible with smart thermostats
Side Discharge · Our Preference
SIDE DISCHARGE AIR CONDITIONER
We strongly prefer side discharge air conditioners over standard top-discharge models. They remove significantly more humidity from your home, run quieter, and maintain efficiency longer — delivering comfort you can feel the moment you walk inside.
Superior humidity extraction
Quieter operation
Up to 21 SEER2 efficiency
Longer equipment lifespan

WHY WE LOVE SIDE DISCHARGE
Standard top-discharge air conditioners blow air up and away, losing the opportunity to remove as much moisture from the refrigerant coil as possible. Side discharge units circulate air more efficiently across the coil, pulling significantly more humidity out of your home. Less humidity means your home feels cooler at a higher thermostat setting — removing the humidity and saving money at the same time is twice the win.

AIR HANDLERS &
HEAT PUMPS
All-electric comfort with side discharge performance — plus mini split add-on capability
Air Handler and Heat Pump
Indoor Unit
AIR HANDLER
The air handler sits inside your home and works with your heat pump to circulate conditioned air through your ductwork. Modern variable speed air handlers deliver precise comfort control and whisper-quiet operation.
Variable speed ECM motor
Compatible with all heat pumps
Built-in electric heat strips
Smart thermostat ready
Side Discharge · Our Preference
SIDE DISCHARGE HEAT PUMP
Heat pumps both heat and cool your home using electricity — no gas required. We strongly prefer side discharge heat pumps for the same reason we prefer them for AC: superior humidity removal, quieter operation, and better long-term efficiency.
Heats and cools in one unit
Superior humidity extraction
Up to 22 SEER2 efficiency
All-electric — no gas needed

DUAL FUEL
SYSTEMS
The best of both worlds — electric efficiency meets gas power
Dual Fuel System
-22°+
HEAT PUMP MODE
The heat pump runs down to -22°F — handling the vast majority of Indiana winters with maximum electric efficiency. You get powerful, cost-effective heat without burning a single cubic foot of gas until temperatures drop below -22°F.
-22°-
GAS FURNACE MODE
Only when temperatures drop below -22°F does the gas furnace take over automatically. In Indiana's harshest conditions, gas provides powerful backup heat — so you're always comfortable no matter what the weather brings.
WHY DUAL FUEL WINS IN INDIANA
Indiana winters swing from mild to brutal. A dual fuel system is engineered for exactly this — the heat pump handles everything down to -22°F with maximum electric efficiency, and only switches to the gas furnace below that point. The result is lower utility bills year-round since the heat pump runs the vast majority of the season, with gas as a powerful backup for only the most extreme cold snaps Indiana can deliver. Pair it with a side discharge outdoor unit and you also get superior humidity control in summer.
Maximum Savings
LOWER UTILITY BILLS
The system automatically selects the cheapest fuel source for any given temperature. Electric when it's efficient to be electric. Gas when gas wins. Your wallet benefits every single day.
Auto fuel source switching
Optimized for current fuel prices
Reduces monthly energy costs
Year-Round Reliability
BACKUP HEAT ALWAYS READY
No matter how cold it gets, you have powerful gas heat as a backup. You're never left in the cold when temperatures drop below what a heat pump can handle efficiently.
Gas backup for extreme cold
Automatic switchover
Never without heat
Long-Term Value
EXTENDED EQUIPMENT LIFE
Because neither the heat pump nor the furnace is doing all the work alone, both systems last longer. Less wear, less maintenance, and a longer return on your investment.
Balanced load across systems
Reduced wear on each unit
Lower long-term costs
